Beginning with October 5, Sabbath School will start at 10:00 a.m. and Worship will start at 11:15 a.m. We will run this schedule for six months on a trial basis.

August 31: Come and join the luau for games, entertainment, and good food on August 31 - time be announced. You're welcome to come dressed for the occasion.

August 10 - Fellowship Buffet/Potluck: Come and join us and enjoy a meal with our church family after the worship service. Please bring an entree and either a dessert, or side dish. See you there.

August 3: Bring family and friends for fun, and games, beginning with Vespers in the gym Sabbath evening, August 3 at 8:00 p.m.

Evangelism Crusade: September 20, 21, & 22 at 7 p.m. nightly we will conduct “The Return of Jesus” outreach weekend. These meetings will be held in the Gym in a coordinated effort with our Vietnamese congregation. Thank you for your prayers and support.

Church Campout: Our summer camp-out is the weekend of August 16. We are going to Barton Flats just past Angeles Oaks, on the way to Big Bear. Please contact Jeanette at 909-201-1730 for more info and to reserve your spot.
If you can't come to camp out, you are invited to join us for the day on Sabbath. We have a potluck lunch, and you can call Jeanette for the menu.

Vegetarian Cooking School & Medical Health Lecture - April 28, at 4 p.m. our Health Ministry team is hosting a Vegetarian Cooking School and Medical Health Lecture presented by Karen Houghton, RN and Dr. Wes Youngberg. Karen has produced a cookbook with delicious recipes called "Naturally Gourmet". She and Dr. Youngberg have appeared on the Hope Channel on her show called "Naturally Gourmet". Dr. Youngberg has written a book on Diabetes and will have much to share on that evening regarding this topic. This is one you will not want to miss.

Valentine Sweetheart Dinner at Don Jose’s Mexican Restaurant: February 9, 7:00 p.m. Bring your Valentine and enjoy. Cost $10 each, must be in by February 7. You can place this in an offering envelope with your names, or bring by the Church Office Monday thru Thursday, 8 a.m. – Noon.

Vietnamese Christmas Program: Dec. 22 at 6 p.m. in the Gym. All are welcome to come to this festive occasion. Pastor Dan Smith will be guest speaker and food is provided.

Festival of Breads: Sabbath, December 22, at 10 a.m. in the church gym. We look forward to having you join us, and we encourage you to invite your family and friends for this time of sweet fellowship. Please bring your favorite holiday breads to share. Ideas: Yeast sweet breads, cinnamon rolls, coffee cakes, fruit breads, or savory breads with a cheese spread on the side will be nice!
We have a modified Sabbath School program and then go to the gym for the Festival of Breads. After this we will return to the church and have our Christmas church service.

December 15: Our Christmas Gala begins at 6:00 p.m. and is a delightful evening dining and entertainment at beautifully decorated tables by the ladies of our church - each table is different. Please make your reservations soon if plan to attend by calling Luella Keyes at 951-689-4048 or 951-233-3432 or if you have any questions.We also have a silent auction, so start looking for those “treasures” to donate for this sale.Deadline for donations, revervations, and money must be in to the church by Dec. 8.

Fellowship Potluck: Next Potluck is Dec. 8. Let’s make a SPECIAL CHRISTMAS BUFFET by bringing your favorite entrée’s, salads & desserts BECAUSE in January 2013, we begin our 1000 lb. weigh down. So for Jan.-Mar. Potluck please bring more salads, low fat entrée’s and desserts if participating in the program.

Family Beach Vespers on May 18: It's time to start having summer vespers at the beach! We meet there once a month on Fridays. Come join us on Friday, May 18, and you can come as early as 1:00 p.m. and stay until 10:00 p.m. A hot dog supper is provided with a bonfire. If you would like to bring a fruit or vegetable finger food, it will be greatly appreciated, but not required. For info contact Jeanette 909-201-1730.

how to serve our Lord in everything we do. Come and join us. -
Prayer Vigil: The church family has felt a need to have another prayer vigil for this Sabbath, December 3, at 1:00 p.m. There is power in prayer so we encourage you to attend this blessed experience. If you have any needs that you wish for us to pray about, please have them written down (you can include photos) and we will place them at a "prayer station". If you have any questions, just come and see! Our church has many needs right now and we need to come together in unity and pray. See you there.

Women’s Bible Study Group: The ladies will meet on Wednesday, November 28 for the last time before taking a break for the holidays. They have been studying about intercessory prayer and have been blessed as this has enriched their lives. The group study will resume in January with a new topic of study.

August 27: Our guest speaker will be Pastor Gerald: Director and speaker of A Sure Harvest Ministry. Pastor Gerald is a composer, concert pianist, and recording artist. He is pastoring in the Southern California Conference, and is broadcasting the Gospel around the world on TV to the Muslim world. There will be a special training for reaching Muslims along with a Q. & A. in the afternoon following our Family Ministries Dinner.
